Job Description
- Lead the continuous improvement strategy across the site and ensure it supports overall business objectives.
- Identify and prioritise improvement opportunities across safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, productivity and capacity.
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects from initial idea through to implementation and long term sustainability.
- Build business cases for improvement projects, including costs, benefits, resources and expected return.
- Introduce and embed Lean and Continuous Improvement tools, including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping etc.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Strong practical knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- A proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in areas such as productivity, quality, cost, delivery and capacity.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing teams at all levels.
- Experience using ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 ideally
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt qualification.
