Contract Admin - Pudsey - Up to £30,000 - Hybrid Working

GH Engage are currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Admin based in Pudsey on a static commercial site.

This position would be ideal for a Contract Admin currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within the FM sector and Admin/Financial tasks. In return the company are offering a salary up to £30,000 with training + development on offer.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage WIP & Debt
  • Raise and process invoices and credits
  • Financial administration
  • Producing management information - KPI's and monthly reports
  • Supporting with quote preparation
  • Supporting with SHEQ
  • Obtain parts, materials and subcontractors
  • Obtain quotes
  • Organise holiday & overtime
  • Liaising with the client and ensuring all works are running smoothly

Package:

  • Up to £30,000
