Contract Admin - Pudsey - Up to £30,000 - Hybrid Working
GH Engage are currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Admin based in Pudsey on a static commercial site.
This position would be ideal for a Contract Admin currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within the FM sector and Admin/Financial tasks. In return the company are offering a salary up to £30,000 with training + development on offer.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage WIP & Debt
- Raise and process invoices and credits
- Financial administration
- Producing management information - KPI's and monthly reports
- Supporting with quote preparation
- Supporting with SHEQ
- Obtain parts, materials and subcontractors
- Obtain quotes
- Organise holiday & overtime
- Liaising with the client and ensuring all works are running smoothly
Package:
- Up to £30,000
- 2/3 days work from home
