Contract Coordinator (12-month FTC) in Bracknell, Berkshire

We're looking for a Contract Coordinator to join our client's busy and growing team in Bracknell. You'll play a key role in keeping the sales and customer journey running smoothly, coordinating documentation, managing queries and working closely with customers, partners and internal teams.

Job Title: Contract Coordinator

Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience

Location: Bracknell

Type: 12-month FTC

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing new proposals and ensuring information is accurate and complete
• Preparing, issuing and checking contract documentation
• Liaising with internal teams to progress applications within agreed timescales
• Communicating updates to customers and partners
• Managing customer queries and document requests
• Carrying out customer verification calls
• Processing amendments and account updates
• Managing queries and complaints professionally
• Supporting the wider sales team with administration and pipeline management

We're looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicating with customers and business partners
• Comfortable working to deadlines
• Strong administratively with good IT skills
• Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
• Experienced in administration, sales support, customer service or a similar environment
