The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a multi-site soft facilities management contract across London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FM professional with a strong background in soft services, who enjoys managing multiple sites and is confident leading teams, managing clients and delivering consistently high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the successful delivery of a multi-site soft FM contract across London.

• Act as the primary point of contact for the client and key stakeholders.

• Oversee the delivery of cleaning, security, catering, front-of-house and other soft services.

• Lead and manage operational teams across multiple sites.

• Manage subcontractors and service partners to ensure high standards of delivery.

• Monitor performance against KPIs, SLAs and contractual requirements.

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure service standards and compliance are maintained.

• Manage contract budgets, expenditure, procurement and financial performance.

• Review supplier performance and implement corrective action where required.

• Manage client meetings, performance reviews and regular reporting.

• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Manage operational issues and ensure appropriate health & safety and compliance standards are maintained.

• Support recruitment, training, development and performance management of site teams.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities for additional services and contract growth.

About You

• Proven experience as a Contract Manager within Soft FM.

• Strong background in cleaning, security, catering, front-of-house or wider soft services.

• Experience managing multi-site contracts.

• Proven experience leading and managing operational teams.

• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.

• Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and financial performance.

• Experience managing subcontractors and suppliers.

• Strong understanding of service delivery, KPIs and SLAs.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Comfortable travelling between multiple sites across London.

• A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Salary: £60,000
