Contract Manager

We're looking for a customer-focused professional to act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of contracted client accounts. This role sits between our clients and internal teams, managing technical queries and turning opportunities into confirmed work.
What You'll Be Doing
- Serving as the go-to contact for client accounts, handling technical queries and issues
- Attending client meetings and producing visit reports
- Keeping clients updated on open queries and outstanding orders
- Providing technical support to client accounts
- Passing on leads and enquiries to the sales team
- Keeping quotes and forecasts accurate and up to date
- Planning ahead for upcoming client work and spares requirements
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting for regular sales reviews
- Occasional site visits, including offshore, as required
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Relevant technical/industry experience
- Experience in a customer-facing role
Desirable:
- Apprenticeship or technical training background
- Account management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Budgeting and forecasting experience
