HIGH END LUXURY RESIDNETIAL ESTATE OF AROUND 400 APARTMENTS
Package hours & Salary
- Monday to Friday 8 – 5 ( flexibility needed )
- £65,000 - £70,000 exp depending
- ALL equipment provided, smart phone lap top etc

Resonsible for:
Supervisors, Engineers & Apprentices, Admin
Job description
To ensure all works are technically compliant, run smoothly, and on programme
Reactive callouts completed on time and to customer satisfaction
Provide technical assistance/fault finding to engineers & resolve problems at site level
Auditing and updating of site logbooks
Reporting/Rectifying site issues
Liaising with contractors/clients
Managing client relationships
Ensuring Contractual requirements are met
Pursue new business and cost-effective delivery
Operations, Finances and Sales
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure contractual requirements are met, and processes are adhered to
• Ensure effective running of all PPM, reactive, and remedial work
• Ensure quotations are pursued and actioned
• Ensure site team have the training, resources and support to deliver allocated jobs
• Ensure contractors adhere to client requirements and QC finished work
• Ensure records are accurate, up-to-date and available for audits
• Ensure Compliance with Health and Safety regulations/risk assessments
• Improve profitability by pursuing efficient delivery
• Maintain stock levels to allow “First Time Fix”
• Manage client expectations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Lead recruitment and develop staff via reviews and appraisals
Personal responsibilities:
• Always present a professional image, both to staff and to clients, and be a ‘role model’ for the team
• Be willing to work in excess of usual working hours when the balance of the company’s work or allocated responsibilities requires this. We do not expect excessive working hours, rather we require flexibility when there is a clear benefit to the company
• Understand the consequences of your actions and actively share responsibility in resolutions for the success of the company
• Take a personal interest in individuals’ progress, providing appropriate feedback on the performance of each team member and support development
• Ensure fair treatment for all, adopting the principles of equal opportunity
Team responsibilities:
