- Leading successful mobilisations of new contracts, ensuring seamless transitions into operational delivery.
- Monitoring operational performance against KPIs and service level agreements.
- Managing contract profitability, pricing, variations and commercial performance.
- Producing quotations and pricing proposals for additional works and contract renewals.
- Leading and developing operational teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, company policies and contractual requirements.
- Working collaboratively across the business to support growth and deliver operational excellence.

You'll ideally have:
- Proven experience managing service-based contracts.
- Strong account management and customer relationship experience.
- Experience leading operational teams across multiple sites.
- A solid understanding of pricing, budgeting and commercial performance.
- Experience mobilising new contracts and managing change successfully.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities with the confidence to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Experience within electrical services, facilities management, utilities, infrastructure or a related technical services environment would be highly advantageous.

In return, we offer:
- Competitive salary of £60,000–£70,000 depending on experience.
- Company car or car allowance.
- Performance-related bonus.
