We’re on the hunt for a sharp, driven Contract Recruitment Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, 360° role. If you know the contract market inside out, love picking up the phone, and have that natural ability to win new business and close deals, this is the place for you. (We are open to candidates with Business development and outbound sales experience, please don’t exclude yourself if you don’t have recruitment experience!)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Owning the full recruitment cycle - winning roles, sourcing top contractors, and closing deals.
• Driving business development: building relationships, opening doors, and turning conversations into opportunities.
• Proactively hunting for talent and keeping your contractor network engaged and loyal.
• Staying ahead of the market: spotting trends, advising clients, and positioning yourself as their go-to recruiter.
• Smashing targets and celebrating wins with a team that loves to succeed.
