Responsible for reviewing customer orders, interpreting engineering specifications, and creating accurate production routings and manufacturing documentation to support efficient, compliant production.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer orders, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Create and maintain production route cards and manufacturing routings.
• Produce process plans, inspection plans, and supporting manufacturing documentation.
• Process customer orders and manage technical planning activities.
• Resolve technical queries with internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and industry standards.
• Identify process improvements and efficiency gains.

Essential Experience

• Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of production planning and route card creation.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience with order processing and technical documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to manage workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of quality inspection and testing requirements.
• Experience working with regulated or high-specification engineering products.
• Exposure to customer contracts, material certifications, or third-party inspections.
