Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Our client is seeking an experienced Contract Supervisor to join their specialist industrial services team based in Romsey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in industrial services, utilities, construction or a similar sector who enjoys coordinating projects, supporting site teams, and ensuring contracts are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Role Responsibilities

  • Planning, mobilising and coordinating contracts to ensure projects are delivered safely on time and in line with customer requirements.
  • Producing site equipment checklists, preparing contract documentation and ensuring operational teams have everything required before work begins.
  • Briefing Team Leaders on site-specific requirements, risk assessments, method statements and project expectations prior to mobilisation.
  • Monitoring contract performance, carrying out regular site visits, maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Raising reports, maintaining accurate contract records and supporting the successful commercial delivery of contracts through effective administration and communication.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a Contract Supervisor, Site Supervisor or similar leadership role within industrial services, utilities, water jetting, construction or a related environment.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety legislation, with experience preparing and communicating RAMS.
  • Experience planning works, coordinating operational teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to operational sites when required.
