We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing contractual documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements. Your expertise will help streamline contract processes, facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, and support the successful execution of technical projects. Duties
- Working closely within a team of Technical Contract Managers to assist with and deliver engineering support collectively across several buildings and Occupiers. ·
- Take responsibility for the continuity of Technical and compliance delivery related to occupier demise locations
- Take responsibility for occupier reporting to ensure commonality across a number of different occupier services.
- Understand the day-to-day management of the PPM system, its process and output.
- Monitor planned and reactive works across the respective sites/building(s).
- Provide input, monitoring of demise weekend works
- Working close with Technical Contract Manager across the respective sites/building(s).
- Working closely with of both in house and subcontractor operational teams across the site/building(s) for which you are responsible.
- Working closely with the Technical Contact Managers on identified Extra works / project work where applicable
- Take ownership of the procurement process within these works processes. Support the Technical Contract Management of Extra works and reactive budgets for your respective buildings / Occupiers
Essential
- ILM level 3 – 5 in Facilities management/contract management minimum of 3 years’ experience gained within a maintenance environment in a Supervisory or Service Administrative role
- Knowledge of Mechanical and/or electrical systems within occupied buildings · Experience in CAFM management systems (Concept Evolution)
- Experience and understanding of invoicing process and raising purchase orders
- Be conversant with current Health and Safety legislation with relevance to safe working practices.
- High level of administration/organisational and management skills
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft packages · Proficiency in report writing and KPI delivery
