We’re seeking an experienced Contract Surveyor to join a major construction development in South East England.

Client Overview
Our client is a leading construction contractor, recognised for delivering technically demanding projects across a variety of sectors.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit monthly valuations in line with project requirements
- Support day-to-day commercial activities for the project team
- Assist with the processing and management of tender packages
- Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Develop a thorough understanding of financial and contractual strategies to ensure successful project delivery
- Relevant third-level degree in Quantity Surveying or similar discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably with a main contractor
- Strong background in construction or civil engineering projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in IT systems and software
