Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting a Contracts Administrator.

In return, our client is offering a salary of £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a full-time, permanent role. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00/09:00 – 17:00.

The Contracts Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support for service and installation contracts from initial order through to completion. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure contracts are delivered efficiently, on time, and in line with company procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administer service, maintenance, and installation contracts.
  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and contract documentation.
  • Liaise with customers regarding contract enquiries, work progress, and service updates.
  • Process customer orders and maintain accurate contract records.
  • Raise invoices upon completion of works and monitor outstanding documentation.
  • Ensure all service reports, risk assessments, and compliance certificates are received and filed.
  • Monitor contract performance, renewal dates, and key milestones.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to order parts and track deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records within the company's ERP/CRM systems.
  • Assist with preparing reports for management on contract performance and KPIs. 

The ideal Contracts Administrator:

  • Previous experience in a contracts, service, or administration role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within engineering, pumps, mechanical services, facilities management, or manufacturing.
