Contracts Administrator – Tower Hamlets

Full-time, permanent | Salary dependent on experience | Office-based

Polyteck Building Services is looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our growing team at our head office in Tower Hamlets.

Supporting a busy portfolio of M&E contracts across London, this role would suit someone who is confident working in a fast-paced environment, managing high volumes of work and supporting demanding client accounts while maintaining accuracy and service levels.

What you'll be doing

• Allocate jobs to engineers using our bespoke software
• Manage a high volume of reactive and planned work requests
• Process orders and maintain accurate job records
• Keep contract documentation and paperwork up to date in line with company SLAs
• Support the smooth delivery of busy client contracts
• Liaise with engineers, managers and internal teams
• Provide updates and respond to client queries professionally
• Provide general administrative support to management
• Assist with day-to-day office administration

What we're looking for

• Previous administrative experience is essential
• Experience working with high-demand clients and busy contract portfolios
• Ability to manage a large workload and competing priorities
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal English
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Confident and professional communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and service standards
