Contracts Advisor in Grove, Greater London

We are recruiting for an experienced Contract Advisor to join our client, a leading international engineering and energy company delivering complex offshore and renewable energy projects. This is a contract position based at their London office, supporting a major offshore wind project.

The role will focus on contract review and drafting, commercial negotiations, contractual risk management and supporting agreements with clients, partners, vendors and subcontractors.

Skills/Experience required (essential):

• Experience as a Contract Advisor, Contract Specialist or similar

• Offshore wind, offshore energy, EPC or related project experience 

• Strong contract law and commercial experience

• Experience with LOGIC and/or FIDIC contracts

• Good understanding of contractual risk and negotiations

• Law degree or relevant equivalent experience

• Strong professional English
