Contracts Co-ordinator
Full-time | Office-based

Some people think administration is about paperwork.

It isn't.

It's about making sure nothing gets dropped.

At MEEL Group we're looking for the person who keeps projects moving, spots the detail others miss and quietly becomes indispensable.

If you thrive on pace, enjoy variety and get genuine satisfaction from being organised, we'd like to meet you.

At Meel Group we believe in developing our people, encouraging new ideas and continually improving the way we work. You'll be joining a supportive team where your contribution is genuinely valued, with the opportunity to develop your skills and grow your career as the business continues to evolve.

What you'll be doing
You'll support our Contracts Managers and wider Operations team, making sure information flows where it should, deadlines don't slip and projects continue to progress smoothly.

Your day will include:
• Managing multiple shared inboxes
• Loading tenders onto SimPro and SharePoint
• Maintaining project and leads trackers
• Chasing updates and following tasks through to completion
• Requesting supplier quotations
• Supporting procurement and material orders
• Answering incoming calls professionally
• Maintaining accurate records across company systems
• Supporting preparation of tender submissions.
• Maintaining project documentation.
• Supporting contract administration.

You'll receive a structured handover, comprehensive training and ongoing support from experienced colleagues, giving you the opportunity to build your knowledge and confidence from day one.

Who will enjoy this role?
Someone who:
• Takes ownership without being asked
• Is highly organised and methodical
• Enjoys working in a busy environment
• Communicates confidently with colleagues and suppliers
• Has excellent attention to detail
• Wants to build a long-term career rather than simply find the next job
• Enjoys finding better ways of doing things and improving processes.

This probably isn't for you if you're looking for hybrid working or a quiet, predictable office environment.

What you'll receive
• £29,000–£32,000
• Full-time permanent position
• Office-based working
• Structured training and support from experienced colleagues
• Opportunity to become a key part of a growing business

If you're someone who enjoys being organised, takes pride in doing things properly and likes knowing you've genuinely helped keep projects moving, we'd love to hear from you.
