Location: Norfolk & Suffolk
Salary: Competitive + Package (DOE)

Anglian Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager on behalf of a well-established specialist subcontractor delivering works across a range of commercial construction projects throughout East Anglia.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of secured work, overseeing multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
• Overseeing project delivery to ensure works are completed safely, on time and within budget.
• Liaising with clients, principal contractors, site teams and subcontractors.
• Monitoring programme performance and resolving project issues.
• Managing project resources, labour and materials.
• Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Attending client meetings and site progress meetings.
• Supporting commercial teams with project forecasting and reporting.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction projects.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications would be advantageous.
