Are you an Contracts Manager from a construction background looking to join an established manufacturing company where you will manage projects from order placement through to successful completion?

Established in the 1980s, this manufacturer specialises in concrete products for construction and agricultural applications. The company supplies a range of structural components for building projects, commercial developments and infrastructure works across the UK, combining in-house manufacturing with project delivery and installation services.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple precast concrete contracts, coordinating with design, production, planning and transport teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. You will monitor project costs, manage variations and potential delays, maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure contractual requirements and quality standards are met.

This role would suit a contracts manager within construction or manufacturing, looking to take ownership of projects within an established business.

The Role:

• Manage multiple precast concrete contracts from order through to completion

• Coordinate project requirements with design, production, planning and transport teams

• Identify and manage project risks, variations and potential delays

• Monitor and control project costs and chase outstanding payments

• Ensure projects meet contractual requirements, specifications and quality standards

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

The Person:

• Experience in contracts management within construction or manufacturing

• Commutable to Workington
