Contracts Manager

A permanent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join an established roofing contractor, overseeing a portfolio of repairs and maintenance contracts and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

An established roofing contractor specialising in repairs, maintenance and associated roofing works, with a strong reputation for quality, reliability and customer service.

The Contracts Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of roofing contracts, coordinating teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure works are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standards. Responsibilities will include programme management, cost control, client liaison, health and safety, and ensuring contractual obligations are met.

• Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or similar role within roofing or construction
• Strong knowledge of roofing repairs and maintenance
• Experience managing contracts, budgets, programmes and subcontractors
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements
• Commercially aware with good organisational and problem-solving skills
• Full UK driving licence
