Location: Luton
Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + Benefits
An established Design & Build contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across the region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong order book and a reputation for delivering quality construction projects.
The Role
- Manage multiple Design & Build projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Lead and support Site Managers and Project Teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
- Maintain strong client relationships and attend progress meetings.
- Monitor quality, commercial performance and programme delivery.
- Work closely with the commercial and design teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within Design & Build construction.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and H&S legislation.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid desirable.
