Contracts Manager – EWI & Recladding

Up to £80,000 + Excellent Package

A well-established £60m turnover main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of EWI and recladding projects across North London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of secured work, delivering high-quality refurbishment and façade remediation schemes.

The Role:

• Managing multiple EWI and recladding projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Overseeing Site Managers and project teams across live sites.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Working closely with commercial, design and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Leading client meetings and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Driving programme performance, quality and compliance across all projects.
• Supporting pre-construction and design coordination where required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the social housing or refurbishment sector.
• Strong background delivering EWI, recladding or external envelope projects.
• Essential Design & Build delivery experience.
• Excellent programme management and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong commercial awareness and client-facing experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
