Location: North East England / North West England / Cumbria
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Company Car / Allowance + Fuel Card

An opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join a growing insurance repairs and property reinstatement division operating across Cumbria, the North East and West of England. Working within a well-established and expanding group of businesses (T/O c£300m), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality domestic repair and restoration projects for insurance clients and policyholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and supervising insurance repair and reinstatement projects from inception through to completion.
• Site supervision and contractor management.
• Budget management and cost control.
• Producing weekly project and performance reports.
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality policies.
• Liaising with clients, customers, insurers, and other stakeholders.
• Programme planning and resource coordination.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintaining excellent levels of customer satisfaction throughout project delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive experience managing small to medium-value domestic repair contracts.
• Previous experience within the insurance repairs or property reinstatement sector is essential.
• Strong understanding of contract conditions, CDM Regulations, risk management, and commercial controls.
