Location

North West England, with travel across the region. Occasional travel throughout the UK and, on rare occasions, Europe will be required.

About the Role

The Contracts Manager will oversee multiple joinery and fit-out projects from award through to completion, ensuring safe, efficient and profitable delivery.

• Managing multiple live projects across the North West
• Overseeing programmes, budgets and project performance
• Leading Project Managers and site teams
• Managing projects valued between £500,000 and £2 million
• Maintaining strong client and contractor relationships
• Coordinating subcontractors and supply chain partners
• Monitoring commercial performance alongside the commercial team
• Ensuring health, safety and quality standards are maintained
• Managing project reporting and progress meetings
• Supporting pre-construction planning where required
