We are seeking an experienced Repairs Quality Assurance, Facilities & Commercial Manager to join a high-profile London-based public sector organisation.

This is a varied operational role responsible for monitoring the quality and performance of housing repairs, communal works and facilities services. You will work closely with contractors and internal teams to identify service failures, improve standards and ensure residents receive a high-quality service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing post-inspections and quality assurance processes

• Identifying incomplete, defective or poor-quality works

• Monitoring repairs and maintenance within communal areas

• Managing complex complaints and service recovery

• Overseeing baseline repairs, compliance and cleaning services

• Managing and monitoring Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

• Monitoring contractor performance, KPIs and service standards

• Driving continuous improvement across repairs and facilities services

About you:

You will have experience in housing repairs, property maintenance, quality assurance, facilities management or contractor performance management.

You will be confident undertaking inspections, managing contractors and resolving complex service issues, with a strong focus on quality, compliance and customer outcomes.

Ideal backgrounds include: Quality Assurance Manager, Repairs Manager, Facilities Manager, Contract Manager, Property Services Manager or Repairs Compliance Manager.
