Location: Blyth / Cramlington, Northumberland
Rate: £400–£425 per day
Duration: Long-term project
Lonsite are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in construction, civils and groundworks.
Requirements:
- Previous Contracts Manager experience within civils / groundworks
- Experience managing multiple site teams and packages
- Strong commercial and programme awareness
- Confident liaising with clients, site management and subcontractors
- Excellent understanding of health & safety and site delivery
- Relevant CSCS / management qualifications
- Recent references
