Contracts Manager - Retrofit in Basingstoke, Hampshire

£55,000-£60,000 + Car/Car Allowance | FTC to March 2027 | Basingstoke

I'm recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading property maintenance and refurbishment business on an initial fixed-term contract through to March 2027.

The role covers Rickmansworth, Harrow, High Wycombe, Chelmsford and surrounding areas, managing a small team of Site Managers delivering retrofit works across social housing.

You'll oversee the successful delivery of the contract, ensuring works are completed on programme, within budget, safely and to a high standard.

Projects include:

• Solar PV

• Ventilation & insulation

• Windows and doors

• Planned refurbishment

• Strong Contracts Management experience in Social Housing

• Proven Retrofit & Planned Works experience

• Knowledge of PAS 2030 / PAS 2035 and SHDF

• Experience managing Site Managers and subcontractors

• Strong commercial, programme and client management skills

• £55k-£60k
