This specialist engineering business has built a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-value projects across regulated environments, providing end-to-end design, manufacture, installation, service and commissioning solutions for critical fire protection systems.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are planned accurately, resourced effectively and delivered in line with programme, budget and client expectations. You will act as a key link between Projects, Engineering, Commercial, Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, Finance and HR, ensuring high standards are maintained across every stage of delivery.

The role would suit an ambitious Contracts Manager or experienced Project Manager with a strong track record across multiple projects who is looking to join a successful, high-growth business and take full ownership of contract performance, operational planning and project success.

The Role:

• Managing contract planning, resourcing, labour hire and project progress reporting across major projects
• Leading direct reports, subcontractors and installation teams to ensure programmes, KPIs and client expectations are achieved
• €85,000 - €120,000 (DOE)

The Person:

• Contracts Manager, Project Manager or Operations-focused professional from Construction, MEP, Fire Protection or Data Centre background
• Strong planning, commercial awareness, leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Commutable to Mullingar or willing to relocate
