This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a growing national roofing specialist with a strong pipeline of refurbishment and roofing projects across the UK. Working alongside an experienced Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for a varied portfolio of projects while developing your commercial and operational experience.

The company specialises in roofing and guttering solutions across commercial and industrial environments, delivering everything from smaller refurbishment works through to large-scale roofing projects. With a solid pipeline and plans for continued growth, they are expanding their commercial team to support increasing demand.

As Contracts Manager, you will be involved across the full project lifecycle, coordinating teams, managing clients and subcontractors, overseeing project documentation and ensuring works are delivered safely and effectively. The role offers considerable variety, with no two weeks looking exactly the same.

This role would suit someone with a strong roofing background, particularly within refurbishment, waterproofing, liquid coatings, cladding or associated roofing systems. Technical knowledge is more important than simply having previous Contracts Manager experience, with experienced Site or Project Managers who are ready to progress encouraged to apply.

The Role:

* Managing roofing and refurbishment projects across the UK
* Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, clients and suppliers
* Managing project updates, documentation, meetings and commercial requirements
* Supporting programme, quality, health & safety and overall project delivery

The Person:

* Strong roofing experience
* Knowledge of liquid coatings, waterproofing, cladding or roofing systems
* Strong communication and management skills
* Willingness to travel nationally, with occasional overnight stays
