This is an excellent opportunity to join an established engineering business offering a highly autonomous position where you will act as a technical authority across controls projects, working from initial design through to manufacture and commissioning.
The company are a global leader within their specialist industry and are continuing to invest in their engineering capabilities. You will work closely with customers, manufacturing and project teams to deliver high-quality control system solutions.
The Role:
- Design control panels, electrical schematics and control system solutions
- Produce specifications, BOMs, sequences of operation and technical documentation
- Manage engineering changes, design revisions and documentation
- Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, NPI and continuous improvement projects
The Person:
- Control System Design Engineer
- Background in building services or industrial control systems
- Experience with electrical schematics, control panels, PLCs and HMIs
- Degree qualified in Electrical, Controls, Automation Engineering or similar
