About the Role:

As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from inception to completion. Your duties will include:

• Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions.
• Conducting title checks, preparing contracts, and drafting legal documents.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies.
• Contributing to the development of the conveyancing department.

About You:

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing.
• A relevant qualification in law.
• A proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
• Proficiency in using case management systems.

The Benefits:

• £40-50K.
• WFH 2 days per week.
