Conveyancer

We are working with a well-established law firm in the North East who are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join their busy residential team on a locum basis, with an ideal start date of next week.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer looking to get their foot in the door at a reputable firm with a strong local presence.

The Role

You will be handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. The caseload covers all-round residential conveyancing work — no complex cases — making this an ideal role for someone who can hit the ground running and manage a straightforward but busy caseload independently.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer
• Solid residential conveyancing experience
• Able to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision
• Available to start next week
• Based in or able to commute to the North East
