Conveyancing Fee Earner

Andy File Associates Limited are working as a recruitment agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent vacancy.

This is an exciting chance to join a growing Conveyancing team working for this well established firm of solicitors based in Rotherham. 

This role is Office based with 1 Working from Home day for title checks and focus work. 
Location Rotherham Office
Competitive Salary 
Hours of work: :Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (Full Time) 
 
Overview of the role:

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, new build and leasehold matters
• Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
• Ensuring all files are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements
• Maintaining high standards of client care and professionalism

The ideal candidate will:

• Have proven experience in residential conveyancing
• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills
• Be committed to delivering a high-quality client service

Highly Advantageous if:

• You also have experience in unregistered, Shared Ownership and dealing newbuilds etc but not essential. 
• Have a referrer following but not essential 
• Commercial Property experience, but not essential
