Conveyancing Paralegal

I am working with a well-established law firm based in Runcorn who are looking to strengthen their property team with an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid residential conveyancing experience who is looking to join a supportive team, with excellent opportunities for development and progression.

The Role

• Supporting the residential conveyancing team across a varied caseload
• Managing and progressing your own matters with support from experienced fee earners
• Dealing with sales, purchases, remortgages and other residential property matters
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and other relevant parties
• Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
• Ensuring matters progress efficiently and within required timescales
• Providing a high level of client care throughout the conveyancing process

About You

• Previous experience within a residential conveyancing role is essential
• Good understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion
• Experience managing and progressing your own caseload
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
• Professional, approachable and client-focused
