We're recruiting for two Residential Conveyancing Paralegals to join a thriving Residential Conveyancing team based in Farnham. The Role

You'll play a key role in supporting experienced fee earners throughout the conveyancing process, helping transactions progress smoothly while delivering an exceptional level of client service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting fee earners with a busy residential conveyancing caseload.
• Managing enquiries from clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors.
• Opening new files and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
• Preparing contract packs and legal documentation.
• Handling post-exchange administration.
• Preparing Certificates of Title (COTs).
• Carrying out final searches.
• Submitting SDLT returns and AP1 applications.
• Dealing with Land Registry requisitions.
• Audio and copy typing.
• Diary management and general legal administration.
• Providing regular updates to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

About You

You'll be an organised and proactive Residential Conveyancing Paralegal or Legal Assistant with a genuine passion for property law and delivering outstanding client care.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience within Residential Conveyancing as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
• A solid understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction through to post-completion.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• A proactive, positive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good IT skills and experience using legal case management systems.
• Experience with Tikit Partner for Windows would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and a professional approach to confidential information.
