Conveyancing Paralegal | Aberdeen
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Hours: Full Time | Permanent (35 hours per week)

Are you an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal looking to join a respected and progressive legal firm? Our client is seeking a motivated and organised Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy Part Exchange and Plot Sales team within the Commercial Property Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
• Handling part exchange and plot sales matters for house-builder clients
• Liaising with clients, developers, solicitors, and third parties throughout the transaction process
• Preparing legal documentation and maintaining accurate case records
• Managing workloads effectively while working to deadlines
• Supporting the wider Commercial Property team to deliver an efficient service
• Utilising case management systems and Microsoft Office to maintain files and correspondence

About You

• Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• A proactive and professional approach to client service
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and case management systems is desirable
