Conveyancing Solicitor

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Solicitor to join our established property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor who takes pride in delivering a high-quality service and enjoys building strong relationships with clients, agents and other property professionals.

The Role

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• Reviewing and reporting on legal documentation
• Managing exchanges and completions
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
• Identifying and resolving issues efficiently
• Ensuring transactions progress smoothly and to agreed timescales
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• A qualified solicitor status and relevant conveyancing experience
• Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures
• Excellent communication and client-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
• A proactive, commercial and solutions-focused approach
• The ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• A genuine commitment to delivering excellent client service
