Conveyancing Solicitor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Conveyancing & Private Client Solicitor to join our reputable legal practice.  

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload specialising in property transactions and private client matters and supervising other staff members within the department.

The ideal applicant will possess strong communication skills, organisational abilities, and proficiency in IT systems relevant to legal practice.

Key Responsibilities

Assume the role as Head of Conveyancing for the purpose of the CQS scheme.

Managing all aspects of conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity Advising clients on private client matters such as wills, probate, trusts and estate planning Mentor and supervise junior legal staff to achieve targets.

Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements throughout all transactions Contribute to business planning and procedural development. Maintaining up-to-date case files and documentation in accordance with firm policies Drive commercially effective, client‑focused service delivery.
