Corporate Account Executive

📍 Liverpool (Full-Time, Office-Based)

A great opportunity for a graduate to join a growing team delivering financial education programmes to public sector clients. You'll gain hands-on experience in client management, operations, and financial services.

• Support Account Managers with client programmes and seminar delivery
• Coordinate and schedule seminars and manage diaries
• Liaise with clients via phone/email
• Ensure delegates receive all required information
• Maintain CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics)
• Monitor feedback and support improvements
• Manage multiple clients and deadlines

• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Proactive and detail-oriented
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, or admin
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Desirable:

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics (or similar)
• Interest in financial services
• CRM or Microsoft Office skills

• Graduate-level training and development
