The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal Executive Assistant to join a dynamic in-house legal team supporting a global organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with strong corporate governance and entity management experience to play a key role in supporting legal operations across multiple jurisdictions.

Working closely with legal counsel and business stakeholders, you will provide essential support across corporate governance, compliance, entity management, and legal administration activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the corporate legal team with entity management, board administration, and corporate governance activities.
  • Maintain corporate records, statutory registers, minute books, and related governance documentation.
  • Coordinate and assist with the preparation of board packs, resolutions, meeting materials, and corporate filings.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel on corporate and commercial matters as required.
  • Support legal due diligence activities relating to corporate transactions and organisational projects.
  • Assist with regulatory filings and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Maintain legal department documentation, policies, procedures, and records.
  • Provide executive and administrative support to members of the legal team.
  • Monitor key governance deadlines and ensure corporate records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Support legal entities internationally and collaborate with stakeholders across various regions.
Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 3–5 years' experience in a Corporate Paralegal, Legal Executive, or similar in-house legal support role.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law, governance frameworks, and company secretarial processes.
  • Experience managing legal entities and maintaining corporate records.
  • Knowledge of corporate filing requirements and regulatory compliance procedures.
  • Experience working within a multinational or international business environment is highly desirable.

  • Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Fluent English language skills are essential.
  • Additional European language skills would be advantageous.
