We are looking for a Corporate Resources Assistant to join our Central Engagement Team at Skills for Care. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and motivated person to support teams across Skills for Care.
As a Corporate Resources Assistant, you’ll form part of a small team providing efficient and responsive administrative support across the organisation. You’ll often be a first point of contact, helping manage requests from colleagues, supporting finance processes, coordinating travel and meetings, and ensuring our organisation operations run smoothly. You will also manage external enquiries through our information service, and ensure all queries are handled professionally and efficiently.
We are keen to hear from people who are proactive, organised, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll also bring:
- Experience in an administrative or corporate support role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- A flexible, solution-focused approach and ability to work independently
