Corporate Senior Associate

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Senior Associate to join the highly regarded team at a leading Legal 500 firm in Surrey, in a role offering access to the calibre of work usually reserved for the City.

This role provides a genuine platform for career progression, with significant client exposure, strong partner support, and the opportunity to play a key role in the growth and development of a successful corporate practice.

Working as part of a collaborative and ambitious team, you will advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including:

• mergers & acquisitions (M&A)
• venture capital transactions
• MBO/MBIs
• spin-outs
• private equity deals

You will be handling your own matters and managing transactions from instruction through to completion, as well as both supporting partners on larger deals and supervising other members of the team as required. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in marketing and networking initiatives, hence this is an excellent opportunity to build your own profile whilst still having the benefit of a significant name in the market behind you.

It is anticipated that the successful applicant will have accrued 6+ yrs PQE or equivalent, which will likely have been spent within a leading national, international or City firm, or potentially a regional heavyweight which is recognised as having a strong corporate offering, and where you will have accrued high quality experience of the nature indicated above.
