Senior Corporate Solicitor | 5+ PQE

Worcester | Hybrid Working | £60,000–£70,000+ DOE (Negotiable)

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor looking for their next step.

GMP Recruitment are working with a well-established and growing law firm in Worcester that is looking to appoint a Senior Corporate Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE to join its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with a strong corporate background who is looking to take on greater responsibility, develop their career and play an important role within a growing team.

The Role:

• Advising a broad range of clients on corporate matters and transactions.
• Managing a varied and interesting caseload with a high degree of autonomy.
• Handling acquisitions, disposals, company reorganisations, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory work.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supporting the development of junior members of the team.
• Taking on supervisory and mentoring responsibilities as part of the role.
• Contributing to the continued growth and development of the corporate department.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE.
• Strong technical experience across a broad range of corporate matters.
• Commercially minded with excellent client management skills.
• Confident working independently whilst also supporting and developing colleagues.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience would be highly advantageous.
• Someone who is ambitious and keen to take the next step in their career.

What's on offer?

• £60,000–£70,000 depending on experience
• There is flexibility to go beyond £70,000 for the right individual, particularly where they can demonstrate an established client following, strong network or ability to generate their own work.
