The Role:

As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice to a broad range of clients, from SMEs to large corporations. You will be working on a variety of corporate matters, including but not limited to:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Corporate governance and compliance
• Private equity and venture capital transactions
• Joint ventures and shareholder agreements
• Commercial contracts

You will have the opportunity to work alongside industry-leading professionals and be an integral part of a firm that values innovation, commercial awareness, and client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on complex corporate transactions
• Drafting and negotiating key legal documentation
• Managing and developing client relationships
• Working closely with colleagues across multiple disciplines to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
• Providing strategic commercial advice to clients

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE in corporate law
• Strong experience in handling mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and corporate finance matters
• Excellent technical skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
• Commercially astute with a client-focused approach
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
