Corporate Tax Lawyer

We're working with a leading law firm which is seeking a talented Corporate Tax Associate to join its established practice based near London and with hybrid working opportunities. This is an opportunity to work alongside recognised specialists advising UK and international clients on a wide range of corporate tax matters, from M&A transactions and business reorganisations to venture capital investments, share incentives and tax-efficient growth strategies.

You'll enjoy a varied workload, direct client exposure, and the chance to become a trusted adviser to ambitious businesses, entrepreneurs and investors.

What You'll Be Doing

- Advising on the tax implications of acquisitions, disposals and corporate restructures

- Providing transactional and standalone corporate tax advice

- Advising on stamp duty matters affecting corporate transactions

- Providing advice on tax efficient schemes relating to VC matters

- Supporting clients on share incentive schemes and employee ownership arrangements

- Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development activities

What We're Looking For

- UK-qualified lawyer with circa 2-5 years' PQE (or equivalent) within the Corporate Tax field

- Strong technical knowledge and client-facing skills

- A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine interest in building client relationships
