  • Role: Corrective and Preventive Action Lead
  • Contract: Fixed Term for 6 months
  • Location: Folkestone, Kent (Hybrid working available, 2/3 days in the office, 2/3 day working from home)
  • Salary: Please contact us for details on (phone number removed)
  • Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 4:30pm = 37 hours per week
  • Holiday: 24 days + Bank Holidays (with the option to buy/sell up to 3 days per year)

Your key responsibilities would be:

  • Lead investigations into complex quality issues and deviations.
  • Coordinate and manage CAPA processes to ensure timely closure and effectiveness.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend strategic solutions.
  • Analyse data, trends, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support audits and act as a Subject Matter Expert for internal and external reviews.

Our client would like to recruit candidates who have:

  • Extensive Quality Assurance experience in Cosmetics or Medical Devices.
  • A qualification as a Lead Auditor (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 22716 and ISO 13485.
  • Lean Sigma Greenbelt or equivalent.
  • Proven expertise in root cause analysis and risk management.
  • Skilled in data analysis, trend reporting, and effective stakeholder communication.
