Counter Balance/Flexi FLT Driver

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for FLT Operatives, who hold both Counterbalance & Flexi/Bendi to work for our client based in Newton Aycliffe. Our client is a global chemical company

This role is a long term assignment for the right candidates

The role:

• Operating Counter Balance FLT, Flexi/Bendi trucks
• Loading and unloading vehicles, picking stock and general house keeping
• Navigating through small spaces and tight areas so attention for detail is vital
• Abide to strict company Health and Safety policies

The candidate:

• Counter Balance, Flexi/Bendi FLT licence required - must be RTITB/ITSSAR accredited
• SAP knowledge is preferred or experience with working with hand held devices
• Physically fit as the role will involve manual handling
• Able to work under own initiative or part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a can do positive attitude

Hours of work:

• 1st week is training week which will be 08:00am-16:00pm
• From the 2nd week you will then be on a rotating shifts
• Earlies - 06:00am - 16:00pm
• Backs - 10:00am - 18:00pm
