Counter Balance Forklift Driver

We are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver / Labourer for a short-term assignment lasting approximately 3-4 weeks.

This is a hands-on role requiring a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence and a willingness to support general labouring duties across the site. You will be responsible for safely moving materials, assisting with site operations, and helping maintain a clean and organised working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Loading, unloading and moving materials around site.
• Transporting products and equipment to designated locations.
• Assisting with general labouring and manual handling tasks.
• Supporting site teams with day-to-day operational requirements.
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy and free from hazards.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.
• Carrying out any other reasonable duties as requested by management.

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).
• Previous experience operating Counterbalance FLTs in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to undertake manual labouring duties alongside forklift work.
• Good understanding of site health and safety practices.
• Reliable, hard-working and punctual.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
