Counter Balance Reach Truck Driver/ Warehouse Picker

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. This role combines counterbalance forklift operation with order picking responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Counterbalance Forklift Operations:

• Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse
• Ensure goods are transported and stored efficiently while maintaining safety standards
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report any issues promptly

Warehouse Picking Duties:

• Accurately pick and prepare products for dispatch in line with customer orders
• Pack and label goods to ensure safe transit
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist with stock control and inventory checks as required

What We’re Looking For

• Valid counterbalance and reach forklift licence (required)
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Commitment to health & safety practices
