LEAD INFORMATION
    
Job Title – Counterbalance Driver / Stores Person
Site location – Wrexham Industrial Estate
Responsible to – Stores Manager
Purpose of the role - Assisting site with the busy Stores Department, ensuring deliveries and outgoing products are loaded, stored and processed in a safe and timely manner.
Client brief - Our client is a world leading producer of seating equipment with sites all over the world with their flagship UK Operation based on the Wrexham Industrial Estate offering excellent on site facilities and further training in a supportive and friendly atmosphere.
 
KEY INFORMATION
    
Reason for vacancy – Increased demand
Contract – Temporary to Permanent (480 hours agency with guaranteed permanent contract on completion).
Hourly Rate - £13.05ph

Overtime Rate - 1.5x basic rate (all OT is totally optional) 
Shifts - Mon to Thurs 6am -16:15pm - Regular overtime available 
Holidays – Accrual, 21 + Bank holidays when perm

RESPONSIBILITIES
    
The role - Our client is looking for Counterbalance Operators to join their existing Stores Department at their UK head offices on Wrexham Industrial Estate. This position is temporary to permanent, full time.

The Stores Department assist site in the processing of all incoming and outgoing products and materials site control including ensuring deliveries and outgoing products are loaded, stored and processed in a safe and timely manner with use of Counterbalance Trucks.

The responsibilities of this position are varied but not limited to –

• Unloading and loading of HGV’s with use of Counterbalance Trucks
• Storing goods into locations with use of Counterbalance Trucks within the stores also using SAP systems
• Order picking parts for production                                          
• Using the SAP system to locate and issue parts to production
• Adhering to company health and safety requirements at all times

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED 

• In date Counterbalance license is essential
• Experience with SAP
• Stores/Procurement experience
• Must be able to work well in a very busy environment
