Counterbalance FLT Driver and Production Operative

Dunkeswell, near Honiton (EX14) | £15.47 per hour + £23.20 overtime | 4-Day Week | 6am-4pm | Temporary to Permanent

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Counterbalance FLT Driver / Production Operative to join a busy food business in Dunkeswell.

This is a varied, hands-on role, with forklift driving making up around 15% of the working day. There are generally two FLT drivers on duty, so you will be expected to work wherever needed across the operation.

• £15.47 per hour.

• £23.20 per hour overtime after 38 hours.

• 4-day working week, with one fixed weekday off each week.

• Every weekend off.

• Build pallets and move stock safely around the site.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping.

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence - RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent.

• Recent Counterbalance FLT experience.

• Excellent attention to detail, which is essential in a food business.

• Reliable and willing to get involved across the operation.

• Own transport is essential due to the location.
